GUYS i went to ulta this weekend and they had the OPI holland collection and tbh i wasn’t impressed with the promo, but in person the colors are actually REALLY nice.. i got dutch ya just love OPI and i don’t give a rotterdam and they look really sharp, i just did a french mani with them. all the shimmers in the collection are beautiful though.
